What’s the first step to getting started?
If you click on the Process link in the navigation bar, you’ll find the process laid out step by step. Simply choose your design need (blogs, websites, graphics) and follow the instructions.
After I’ve submitted my deposit, will you start on my design immediately?
Once you have submitted your deposit, you will be placed on the schedule. We will let you know your approximate wait time and then contact you when we are ready to begin work on your site.
I’ve submitted my information, but I haven’t heard a peep! Why aren’t you returning my emails?
It must be the dreaded SPAM folder! Unless we are both dead, we have certainly responded to your inquiries, so please check your spam folder and add our email address to your address book (blogaliciousgirls@blogaliciousdesigns.com) to keep this from happening. We know how frustrating this can be.
Once you have started the design process, how long will it take to finish?
This varies from client to client. We cannot promise any set length of time, but usually with quick response from the client, we can be finished within a weeks’ time for blog designs, 3-4 weeks for web designs, and only a few days for graphic design items.
I don’t have a PayPal account. Do I have to set one up to send my payment?
No, you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay Blogalicious Designs. You can submit payments using your credit or debit card, with or without a PayPal account.
I want to add a stat counter, Mr. Linky, or a music player to my site. Will Blogalicious Designs do this for me?
Blogalicious Designs will be happy to research and find these types of widgets to add to your site for an additional charge of $10 per item.
Can you design an element that resembles me or my family for use on my site?
Unfortunately, we are no longer offering this option.
