Thank you for choosing Blogalicious Designs to make your place on the web Blogalicious! Please read and accept the following Terms of Design in order to proceed with the design process.

PAYMENT
PayPal is our preferred method of payment. While we prefer credit card payments, we will accept e-check payments as well; however, e-checks take 3-5 business days to process. Your order will be added to the queue once your transaction is complete and we have received your questionnaire along with acceptance of these TOD’s.

REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our services, Blogalicious Designs will not issue refunds for any reason. Please consider your purchase carefully and if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us prior to submitting any payments.

QUESTIONNAIRE & DRAFTS
All clients must complete a questionnaire. The answers and examples provided act as a design compass to determine style, colors and preferences. Please fill this out thoroughly and thoughtfully. Failure to do so will make your project design guesswork. It is also imperative that you understand we do not create multiple designs from which to choose and we will not begin until a design direction is established.

All designs (blog, graphic, and web) include up to 3 revisions, unless otherwise specified. Additional drafts will be done at an hourly rate of $50/hour for blog and graphic design and $65/hour for web design.

COMMUNICATION
When design work begins on your project, please keep in mind the process will be expedited by checking your email frequently and by promptly returning our emails. Blog, web, and graphic designs are often a rapid-fire of email communications. Please check your email often during the process!

COPYRIGHT & CREDIT
The graphics and all content of Blogalicious Designs are protected by U.S. Copyright law. No graphic, design, layout, format or template is to be altered, changed or resold for any purpose. Purchasing a blog or web design, custom or pre-made, entitles you to use that design on ONE specified URL (unless specified for a web design purchase). You MAY NOT add the design code to any additional URLs, or copy, slice or cut the design graphics for use on another website, blog, or graphic for any reason. You may not copy the template, code or elements and transfer them to another blog, website or online format of any kind. You also may not hire another designer to create a “coordinating” graphic from any design created specifically for you by Blogalicious Designs.

ALL RIGHTS to the designs produced here remain here and are not to be copied, altered or used in any way other than clearly specified before installation or delivery of product. The client has the right to purchase a royalty-free image for use with the design, and remains the license holder for that particular image. Any derivative designs created by Blogalicious Designs using that image, however, are copyright protected and cannot be used for any other purpose than specified during the sale.

If, at any time, you would like to replace any part of the design elements, these terms require that you remove the ENTIRE template and start with a new template. We offer a la carte design items when you are ready for an update. These are affordable ways to update your space without starting completely over. Because we publish your design as our creative work, it reflects our design ability. If you alter it, it is no longer a reflection of our work. We are happy to work with you when you are ready for changes. We love redesigns!

Should you choose to remove your Blogalicious Design and begin working with another designer, it is your responsibility to contact Blogalicious Designs so that we may remove any links to your blog/website thus keeping our portfolio up-to-date.

For blog purchases, a button announcing that your design was created by Blogalicious Designs will be installed on your sidebar. You are free to place it wherever you’d like on your sidebar(s), but please DO NOT ALTER OR REMOVE IT. For web designs, an unobtrusive “link-back” with copyright information will be place in the footer section of your website. Please DO NOT ALTER OR REMOVE IT.

BROWSER COMPATIBILITY
There are many different browsers out there and each has several versions as well. Blogalicious Designs suggests that you update your browser to the most current version offered. We design to meet the standards that comply with the latest browser versions and are not responsible for issues that may occur when older or obscure web browsers are used.

ADDITIONAL INFO
Blogalicious Designs is a family-friendly business and we often work next to our children. If we cannot open your web page in their presence, we reserve the right to decline your business. We will not be part of designs if the content is vulgar or offensive.

ACCEPTANCE
By submitting your questionnaire and deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions listed here. You are responsible for adhering to these terms and conditions, even if you didn’t read them.
